Busy busy busy, folks. The past couple of months have been exciting. So let's do a little recap, and fill you in with what's been happening...

The show in at Middlebury College in Vermont with Binary Star and Asheru went off without a hitch. Props to Andy and Owen at WRMU-Middlebury College for hooking up such a great event. Great crowd, great sound (cordless mics, THANK YOU!) and a great show overall. Everyone rocked it. If you have a chance to check out Binary or Asheru, you MUST check it out. Please pick up these artist LP's as well, as they are well worth the money. OneManArmy just dropped a solo prequel to his REAL solo joint called "Project: F.E.T.U.S." Asheru just dropped a BANGIN 12" with Kweli called "Moodswing." Asheru is even behind the boards on this one! Who knew?!

The Kweli show went off well on the 30th. We opened up to a nice welcoming crowd and as always turned it out. Dres the Beatnik also tore it down, and of course Kweli is always bringing heat. Our man Ratchet (http://www.southeasthiphop.com) was at the merchandise booth hocking Prophetix CD's HARD. Good looks, Ratchet! Thanks to everyone who paid their hard earned money to come to the show as well as those who copped the Prophetix full length. Gotta say whaddup to Koop, J-Nastee and Untamed who made the long haul down here to support!

Our final show for 2002 is on December 20th, in Lexington, KY. The event is called "The Winter Ball", and is at the Kentucky Inn. Performing will be Prophetix, Water ( live jazz band from Lexington) and Q-Burns Abstract Message (Astralwerks recording artist and DJ). This is going to be a real classy event, we gotta whip out our powder blue tuxes with the ruffles for this one...maybe throw some gators on, too! Check out the link for more info. http://www.natefx.com/events.htm

After the Lexington show, we'll give ya'll a show rundown, year end comments, info on what's coming in 2003, and maybe some top ten lists or something. As always, HIGH RISK is still on sale EVERYWHERE. Help your boys get some Christmas presents this year, and cop a couple of cd's. They make great Christmas gifts. Prophetix is fo' everybody!
