Whassup all, sorry for the lack of updates here at Prophetix.net. Glad you are sticking around, cause we aint going nowhere. Thanks for all of the support on the video landing on BET's "The Next." That was a major deal for us and is already working some great magic. Heads all over have been emailing and calling saying they saw it, it's amazing how powerful the idiot box is sometimes.
What's coming next, you ask? First up is the sequel to Jon Doe's mix cd series, "All About the Doe". Out now on Southern Recycling Music, Volume 2 is a real scorcher, with the newest and freshest hip-hop joints around, mixed and cut up like it should be. You can scoop it up at your finest local hip-hop shop, or online at Sandbox Automatic. You can also email the Doe directly at jon@meetjondoe.com. Don't sleep it, this is a certified banger that will take you out of this summer and into the fall nicely.
Eddie Meeks solo LP "After This...I'll Holla" is DONE. We're getting ready to release the prequel mix cd to this scorcher in the coming weeks, so keep your eyes peeled for it, folks. This is Meeks like you've never heard him before. Prepare for the Sasquatch.
That's all for now, stay tuned, these updates will be happening more regularly, we promise! Keep a lookout for the new re-design of the website as well, it's time to freshen up a little bit and step the game up.
ATL HOE.
